This is an informal group where new and less experienced governors can meet to share issues and ask questions in a confidential space, supported by local leaders of governance from the RGA board. Â There is no agenda and no pre-reading for this event.
Details: Meet with colleagues across wider Reading to discuss current issues in education and governance, and develop collaborative relationships with your neighbours.
Outcomes: Governors will feel more confident in performing their roles.
Audience: All governors in the first two years of their term of office.
This event will take place at The Wren School.
Places can be booked below. Attendance is free for member schools, and £50 per school to all non-members (this becomes your annual membership fee, and all subsequent attendance will then be free).  Please note that this event is a networking opportunity, not formal training.
